Yes. Open a ZUGFeRD or Factur-X hybrid PDF, or XRechnung, Peppol or NLCIUS XML. Counthall shows the sender, amount, VAT treatment, due date and invoice lines. It checks supported fields and totals and can compare the IBAN with earlier invoices you filed.

No. Counthall exports a Peppol-format file. Delivery over the Peppol network uses your own access-point provider. Ask the recipient or provider how to submit the file.

No. The compliance check identifies supported field, arithmetic and format problems. It cannot establish that an invoice is genuine, that the underlying transaction is correct, or that a recipient will accept it.

It stores exported and filed documents with retention dates and hash links. Its integrity check detects mismatches against those stored links. It does not guarantee legal retention, prevent every alteration or replace a backup.

Reading and compliance checks are free. The free tier allows two clients, thirty entries and a watermarked PDF. €29.99 once unlocks e-invoice export, unlimited clients and entries, and PDFs without a watermark. No subscription or ads. Purchases belong to the store where you buy them.

On iOS, records sync through your own iCloud account and the backup screen checks reachability and restore status. On Android, export a backup file; Counthall reads it back and compares the decoded records, including the archive. Keep that file somewhere you can access after losing the device.

You can read invoices, log hours and create invoice files offline. iCloud sync and store purchases require a connection. You decide where to share exported documents.
